1. Overview
This Shipping Policy describes the shipping practices of ROMB BIO LTD, trading through yeslogistics.cc. It applies to all shipments handled by us on behalf of our customers.
2. Shipping Methods
We offer the following shipping methods:
- Road Freight: FTL (Full Truckload) and LTL (Less-than-Truckload) across the UK and Europe.
- Ocean Freight: FCL (Full Container Load) and LCL (Less-than-Container Load) to and from major global ports.
- Air Freight: Express (2-5 business days) and Economy (5-10 business days).
- Rail Freight: Overland rail solutions between Europe and Asia.
- Multimodal: Combined transport solutions optimised for cost and transit time.
3. Shipping Timelines
Transit times are estimates and commence from the date the shipment is collected or received at our facility. Estimated transit times are provided in each Quotation and are subject to change based on customs clearance, weather, port congestion, carrier schedules, and regulatory inspections.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on the greater of actual weight or volumetric weight. Additional charges may apply for fuel surcharges, remote area delivery, special handling, customs brokerage, storage, and insurance.
5. Shipment Tracking
All shipments are trackable through our online tracking system. Customers will receive a unique tracking number upon collection.
6. Delivery
Deliveries are made to the address specified by the Customer. A signature may be required upon delivery. If no one is available, the carrier may leave a notice, attempt re-delivery, or hold at a local depot.
7. Customs and Duties
International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the Customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Damage or Loss
Claims must be submitted in writing within 7 calendar days of delivery. Please refer to our Terms of Service for full details.
